Marketing Manager

£38,000-£45,000 (DOE)
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a successful team and deliver measurable growth.
You will oversee the full digital marketing strategy, including budget management and return on investment, while leading and developing a high-performing team.
Description of the role:
- Leading a team of 4 and liaise across departments internally
- Overseeing performance of the website and app
- Leading digital projects
- Working with agency partners on paid media, SEO and CRM activity
- Present insights and provide recommendations
- Overseeing all brand, PR and content campaigns
About you:
- Experience within a Marketing Manager or Senior Digital role
- Proven experience of revenue growth
- Analytical skills, being able to provide insights and reporting
- Experience of managing marketing budgets
- Able to lead and motivate a small team
