Director Surveying Education & Industry Development

Location: Remote
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours)

Our client is recruiting for a leading provider of Ofqual-regulated qualifications for residential surveyors, valuers and housing professionals. They are looking for a Director of Surveying Education and Industry Development to help lead their next chapter by shaping their products, representing them publicly, and driving the future of surveying education.

The Role

A senior leadership position with genuine influence. You will identify commercial opportunities, engage with industry bodies, contribute to professional debate, and work closely with the Managing Director to shape strategy, support the team and maintain the standards that underpin their credibility. This is not a purely strategic role, nor a purely operational one, you will need to think clearly and act decisively.

Who They Are Looking For

Our client is casting the net wide. You do not need to come from residential surveying. They need someone credible, commercially sharp and able to deliver.

• Professional background in the built environment, property, construction or a related sector
• Commercial judgement - you know how to evaluate an opportunity and see it through
• Confident external presence - comfortable at events, with senior stakeholders and in professional debate
• Experience leading or mentoring others
