About the Role

In this influential role, you'll work at the heart of major transactions, advising clients on the design and implementation of employee incentive schemes and providing strategic support throughout the deal cycle. From tax due diligence to complex structuring, you'll help shape outcomes on some of the market's most exciting and challenging transactions.

You'll collaborate with a talented, fast-paced team-leading engagements, enhancing client relationships, and contributing to the development of junior colleagues as the practice continues its ambitious growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading tax due diligence and structuring assignments across a variety of M&A transactions
• Advising clients on incentive scheme design and implementation
• Building strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and the wider deal advisory network
• Managing demanding, high-impact projects while guiding junior team members

This Role Is for You If You Have:

• Significant experience in tax advisory with strong exposure to M&A or Private Equity deals
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills-comfortable negotiating, influencing, and advising at a senior level
• Strong analytical capability paired with excellent report-writing and project management skills
• A commercial mindset and the ambition to deepen your expertise in a high-growth advisory area
