- Proven experience as a Partner in practice, particularly within accounts/outsourcing/business services
- Proven track record of generating new business, and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of UK accounting standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead and develop a team in a collaborative setting
