We are working with a Global facilities provider who is seeking a M&E Shift Engineer to join the team on one of their largest contracts in central London.
This is a brilliant opportunity to work in partnership with a global tech giant in their brand new European HQ. Working within a state of the art property that offers an incredible amount technical exposure.
Continental Shift - Days & Nights
Shift Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
- Pumps (including bearings and mechanical seals)
- Water treatment (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks, etc.)
- Cooling towers
- Tap temperature monitoring
- Chilled water systems
- General plumbing
- Generators
- Pressurisation units
- BMS operation
- CRAC units
- Motors
Requirements
- Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent
- Apprentice trained (desirable)
- Proven experience within building services maintenance
- Strong client-facing skills and professional manner
Package on offer for the Shift Engineer
- £50,000 + £5500 shift allowance
- Continental shift pattern (days and nights)
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
