Paraplanner

Paraplanner Central Birmingham £35-50k Hybrid (2 days in office) We're working with a well-respected independent financial planning firm in central Birmingham looking to add a paraplanner to their team. This is a proper paraplanning role - working closely with advisers across the full client journey, supporting on pensions, investments and protection, and producing high-quality, compliant advice. You'll be involved in:

• Writing suitability reports
• Technical research and calculations
• Portfolio analysis and recommendations
• Supporting implementation and ongoing client work
• Attending client meetings where appropriate

It's a collaborative setup where paraplanners are part of the advice process - not just report writers. For those interested, there is a clear route into advisory over time, but the role is equally suited to someone who wants to develop as a career paraplanner.What matters:

• Paraplanning experience
• Level 4 Diploma (or close)
• Strong technical and report writing capability
• Attention to detail and pride in output
