Your responsibilities will include: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction through to offer and onboarding Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries and workplace conflicts Supporting managers with practical HR advice and guidance Managing and improving the performance review process Identifying training and development requirements across the workforce Supporting payroll and administering employee benefits Ensuring HR policies and processes remain compliant with employment legislation Maintaining the employee handbook and wider HR documentation Managing confidential employee records Supporting employee engagement initiatives, surveys and company events Championing the organisation's culture, values and commitment to employee wellbeing and safety YOU?
