Salary: £53,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 3-Shift Rotation

The Company
A well-established FMCG manufacturer based in Selby is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team on a permanent basis. The site operates high-speed, automated production and offers long-term stability within a growing business.
The Role
-
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production and packaging lines

Electrical and mechanical fault finding on automated machinery

Work on conveyors, motors, drives, pumps, sensors and PLC-controlled equipment
-
Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
-
Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and food manufacturing standards
Key Requirements
-
Time-served or apprenticeship-trained engineer

Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience
-
Background in FMCG / food / high-speed manufacturing preferred

Experience with PLC fault-finding (Siemens / Allen Bradley advantageous)

Comfortable working a rotating 3-shift pattern
