Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Rate: £400 £475 per day (Outside IR35)

Location: Birmingham (2 days per week onsite)

Work Type: Contract - Initial 6 months

Role: We're supporting a major organisation embarking on a significant transformation programme across digital platforms, operating model and internal ways of working. With a number of strategic initiatives underway, they are looking to bring in a Senior Business Analyst who can operate confidently across complex programmes, working closely with leadership teams to shape future operating models, align stakeholders and ensure delivery teams are solving the right problems. This is a role for someone comfortable operating above pure requirements gathering - working across business change, strategy and transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Work with senior stakeholders to shape programme outcomes and define business needs
• Lead workshops across business and technology teams to align priorities and capture requirements
• Map current and future state processes and operating models
• Translate business objectives into clear deliverables for delivery teams
• Support complex transformation initiatives spanning multiple workstreams
• Act as the bridge between leadership, product teams and delivery teams

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst on complex transformation programmes
• Experience working across operating model / business change initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with senior leadership
• Ability to run workshops, challenge thinking and drive clarity
• Experience working across large digital or technology programmes
