We are working with a well-established and well-funded specialist lender looking to appoint a driven Relationship Manager - Bridging Finance to join their growing London team.

The Role - Relationship Manager - Bridging Finance

As a Relationship Manager - Bridging Finance, you will be office-based in Farringdon, managing and developing broker relationships primarily over the phone, while also supporting field-based Business Development Managers.

You will play a key role in originating new bridging finance opportunities and driving deal flow into the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and developing relationships with active bridging finance brokers
  • Proactively originating new business opportunities
  • Supporting field-based BDMs with deal progression and broker engagement
  • Discussing new enquiries and assessing deal suitability
  • Packaging and presenting opportunities internally
  • Maintaining regular contact with introducers to maximise repeat business
  • Attending meetings, networking events and industry functions when required
  • Working closely with underwriting and credit teams to ensure smooth completions
  • Monitoring pipeline activity and driving cases through to completion

This is a commercially focused role with real opportunity to influence revenue.

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this Relationship Manager - Bridging Finance position, you should have:

  • Experience within bridging finance or specialist property lending
  • Proven ability to manage broker relationships
  • Strong telephone-based relationship management skills
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to spot and convert opportunities
  • Confidence discussing complex property transactions
  • Drive, energy and a hunger to earn commission

Previous experience as an Internal BDM, Relationship Manager or Telephone BDM within bridging finance would be highly advantageous.
