This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly collaborative Supporter Care, Services & Compliance team whose work ensures that all supporters receive exceptional stewardship. This role sits at the heart of their fundraising operations, working extensively with Fundraising, Marketing, Brand and other internal teams to ensure the smooth running of all end?to?end processes that support campaigns, events, appeals and gaming products. You will be instrumental in making sure supporters have seamless, positive experiences by overseeing fulfilment, data processes, third?party suppliers and operational systems that underpin fundraising activity.
