We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Pizza Chef to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for high-quality, freshly made food to work in a busy, friendly and professional environment. We are also looking for a Chef de Partie join our busy kitchen team at the team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients in a fast-paced but supportive environment. Pizza Chef You will play an integral role in producing a pizzas for our spring/summer pizza service and also produce them for sale in the Farm Shop. You will also work closely with the wider kitchen team when required, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen. Key Responsibilities Preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas using fresh ingredients Hand-stretching dough and assembling toppings to order Ensuring consistently high standards of food quality and presentation Working collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams Maintaining excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and organisation About You Previous experience stretching and cooking pizzas is preferred, although full training can be offered for the right candidate A passion for food, creativity and attention to detail Reliable, well organised and able to work effectively as part of a team A basic understanding of food hygiene and safety (further training provided) This role includes weekend working as part of a rota within a busy and welcoming team. Chef de Partie As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver consistently high standards.
