You will ideally have: A background in civil engineering or MEICA project delivery Proven estimating experience within water, utilities or infrastructure Or strong operational/site experience with the capability to move into a senior estimating role Experience pricing from first principles Strong knowledge of NEC contracts Solid commercial awareness and risk management experience HNC/HND/Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (desirable) If you have worked as a Senior Estimator, Estimator, Cost Engineer, Commercial Estimator or Pre-Construction Engineer within the water sector, we would welcome your application.
