Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support HR operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Handle HR administration, including maintaining employee records and database management.
  • Assist with compliance requirements such as DBS checks and other safeguarding procedures.
  • Help facilitate onboarding processes for new staff members.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as required, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide a high standard of customer service.

About you:

  • Previous experience in HR coordination or administration roles, ideally within a compliance led capacity.
  • Familiarity with compliance procedures, including DBS checks.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, approachable and empathetic in dealing with staff and external partners.
  • An understanding of HR policies and procedures, with a professional attitude towards confidentiality and safeguarding.
  • Proactive, reliable, and keen to support a team in a busy environment.
