Sales Negotiator

This is a brilliant opportunity to join an expanding business with fantastic earning potential, based on the levels of instructions and sales they are achieving, alongside the opportunity to grow within the business.

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:

• Registering applicants
• Arranging Viewings
• Booking FS appointments
• Referring Conveyancing leads
• Negotiating on offers
• Liaising with vendors and purchaser

Working hours:

• As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, and on alternative Saturdays 10:00am - 4:00pm

The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:

• Basic £22,000 - £25,000
• OTE £40,000 - £50,000
• Individual commission on completed sales

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:

• Background in sales
• Ability to close for business
• Good knowledge of the Southport area.
