Job Description

Inbound Call Centre Advisor - Filton

    • Start: 30th March

    • Salary: £34,376 per annum Annual Discretionary Bonus

    • Hours: Shifts between 8:30am - 6:15pm (Monday - Friday) 1 in 4 Saturdays (9:00am - 1:00pm)

    • 38 hours per week

    • Working Pattern: Hybrid Benefits: Free parking fantastic benefits package


About the Role:

    • Deliver high-quality customer service across inbound channels

    • Handle customer queries professionally and empathetically

    • Work flexibly across service areas

    • Take ownership of customer calls and resolutions

    • Exceed customer expectations wherever possible

    • Work collaboratively within a large contact centre team


What We're Looking For:

    • Previous customer facing experience (phone or in-person)

    • Strong communication skills

    • Strong computer skills

    • Reliability and professionalism
