Looking for a practical, varied role within the environmental and infrastructure sector? We're recruiting a Multi-Skilled HGV Technician to join an established operational team delivering essential environmental, remediation and emergency response services. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys combining HGV driving with site-based technical work and problem-solving in the field.

About the Client:We're supporting a well-established UK services provider operating across environmental, utilities and industrial support projects. The organisation is known for its strong safety culture, investment in training and long-term career opportunities for its operational teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating company vehicles, including tanker driving (HGV Class 2) High-pressure water jetting and spill response clean-ups Groundworks, remedial works and tank uplifts Installation, servicing and inspection of tanks and interceptors Industrial cleaning and environmental response duties Supporting emergency response teams as part of a call-out rota Completing works in line with national grid and rail standards (training provided) Completing RAMS and site documentation Carrying out daily vehicle checks and tachograph compliance Travelling regionally with occasional overnight stays Working in line with health & safety procedures at all times

What We Need From You:

HGV Class 2 licence (ADR preferred but not essential) Experience working with RAMS documentation Understanding of tachographs and vehicle checks (training available) Flexible, can-do attitude with willingness to support call-outs and overtime Background in multi-skilled trade work; plant operation experience beneficial Comfortable with hands-on, physical site work Right to work in the UK
