Pay: £13.00 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday 06:00 - 17:00 (possible future shifts: mornings, evenings, nights)
Contract: Temporary ongoing, with temp-to-perm opportunities

Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for a leading food distribution company. This role is ideal for someone happy to work in a physically active environment, including manual handling, lifting, and supporting warehouse and production operations. Key Duties- Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
- High-level picking and stock replenishment
- Goods In: unload deliveries, put-away stock, and rework as needed
- Goods Out: scanning/voice picking, packing, dispatch, and quality check
- Lifting, loading, stacking, and wrapping pallets of stock
- Manual handling and heavy lifting required
- Support production and manufacturing processes
Requirements:- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck certificate
- Proven forklift driving experience
- Previous warehouse or production experience
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good attention to detail and communication skills
- Flexibility to support the team when needed
Pay & Benefits:- Overtime available after 40 hours
