Job Description

Location: Based in Egham
Start time: Immediate
Type: Part Time

PHD Access is looking for someone to assist in the day-to-day operations of the transport office.

This will include such things as driver inductions, vehicle handovers, driver's hours and working time reports, identifying infringements and actioning them accordingly, and updating vehicle electronic and physical files. This will be flexible Monday to Friday, working mornings or afternoons.

What we are looking for:
  • Reliable, self-motivated professionals who thrive both independently and as part of a team
  • Logistics experience preferred but not essential
  • IT literate
  • Strong timekeeping, communication skills, and a proactive, positive attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively
