Deal with all aspects of post-completion work including the submission of Stamp Duty Land Tax returns, registration of titles at HM Land Registry, and closure of files in accordance with firm procedures. Skills and Experience Previous experience of managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction to completion.
