Private Associate Dentist - Salisbury, Wiltshire

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Salisbury, Wiltshire to recruit a Private Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Vacancy Details:

• Available from August 2026.
• Notice periods are considered.
• Part time position, 3-4 days per week.
• Opportunity to start 1-2 days per week sooner.
• Surgery space Monday to Thurs 9-5.30pm.
• Independently owned practice.

Remuneration & Earnings:

• Fully Private list of Fee Per Item and Plan.
• 45% split on revenue.
• Current Dentist grosses approximately £20,000 per month.
• Incoming Dentist will inherit an established list.
• Due to the nature of the list Associates must have strong Private experience.

Practice Overview:

• Support from a Hygienist and experienced Nurses.
• Computerised with Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo and Scanner.
• Practice has great reputation with a high Google Review rating.
• Under 1 hours commute from Southampton, Bournemouth, and Shaftesbury

Requirements:

• Strong UK Private experience
• GDC Registered Dentist
• Enhanced DBS Certificate
