Job Description

The Best Connection Group Limited are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join a small, supportive team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for someone organised, professional, and confident in general admin duties.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Deal with incoming calls and emails professionally
  • Arrange quotes and estimates (full training provided)
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft packages
  • Support the team in day-to-day operations


Requirements:

  • Experience in general administration preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work well within a small team
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills

Hours:

  • 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday
  • 8am-2pm Friday
  • Possibility for hours to be flexible

PAY:

  • 13.00ph
