Key Responsibilities: Installation, repair, and replacement of various roofing systems including pitched and flat roofs. Stripping and re-roofing existing structures during full refurbishment projects. Installation of roof coverings such as tiles, slates, felt, and membrane systems. Lead work including flashing, valleys, and weatherproofing details. Repairing roof structures, battens, insulation, and waterproof layers. Ensuring all roofing work complied with building regulations and health & safety standards.
