We are looking for people with hands on machining experience that are looking to take that next step in their career that is more team focused and a step away from the machines (still some hands on work don t worry).

What will you be doing?

• Leading a team of people
• Working across multiple sections (milling, turning etc)
• Working to production plans
• Monitoring KPI s
• Supporting in team meetings & processes

To be considered, you must:

• Previous experience leading a similar sized team in a machining environment.
• Able to lead a team but not be afraid to be straightforward and put your foot down when needed
• Either a CNC turning or milling bias will be a benefit
