• Lead and manage a portfolio of audit and accounts clients across a range of sectors
• Oversee audit assignments from planning through to completion and sign-off
• Provide strategic advice and technical guidance to clients and internal teams
• Support business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities
• Mentor, develop, and review the work of managers and junior staff
• Contribute to the firm's leadership strategy and operational decision-making

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant senior practice experience
• Proven experience managing audit and accounts portfolios at a senior level
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and client relationship skills
• Must have a minimum of 8 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Experience contributing to business development and strategic growth
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
