We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and integration of enterprise systems within a financial services environment. The role will focus on architecting scalable and compliant solutions that support treasury and/or reinsurance platforms while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and third-party vendors to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. This role requires strong architectural thinking, experience in regulated financial environments, and the ability to clearly communicate design decisions across both technical and non-technical audiences.

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or similar technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience delivering system implementations within financial services or insurance organizations.
• Strong understanding of reinsurance and/or treasury management systems.
• Demonstrable experience designing integrations with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL frameworks.
• Experience working within regulated environments with strong governance and compliance requirements.
• Ability to produce clear architecture and solution design documentation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Experience with enterprise integration platforms or microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and modern integration patterns.
• Experience working on large-scale transformation or platform implementation programs.
