Location: Fareham Southampton Chichester
Earnings: £40,807+ Potential Annual Gross Stability: 50 Hours Guaranteed Per Week Work Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Home every night)

Mon-Fri Overtime: £19.95 per hour (Earned after 10 hours daily)

Sunday & Bank Holiday: £26.60 per hour (Double Time!)
Attendance Bonus: £1,040 per year (£20/week) for full attendance.
Tax Efficiency: Mobile worker allowance (up to £0.225/hr tax relief).
Pay Increase Notice: From April 6th 2026, there will be an 8.27% pay increase, which brings the base rate to £14.40 per hour.
All overtime rates (Mon-Fri, Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays) will also increase in line with the new April 2026 uplift.
The Role
Operating out of our strategic sites in the South East, you will be the face of TJ Waste & Recycling . You'll be driving Skip Loader vehicles, ensuring safe delivery and collection while adhering to high health and safety standards.
The Mission: Help us achieve our goal of recycling 100% of the waste we receive.
The Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend overtime available to boost your pay.
What You Need
Licence: Category C (Class 2) is essential.
CPC: Valid Driver CPC & Digi Tacho card.
Experience: 1 year driving goods vehicles (preferred).
Bonus Skills: Previous Skip or Hook Loader experience is highly desirable!
Reliability: A professional attitude toward safety and company procedures
