We are looking for an inspiring Humanities Teacher to deliver History, Geography and Religious Studies across Key Stages 3 and 4. This is more than a teaching role - it is an opportunity to spark curiosity, broaden horizons and help young people understand the world around them. You will play a key part in empowering pupils to overcome barriers, achieve success and realise their potential. What You'll Be Doing Deliver engaging and inclusive Humanities lessons tailored to individual needs and EHCP outcomes. Create a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment where pupils can thrive. Use trauma-informed and relational approaches to promote engagement, wellbeing and positive behaviour. Monitor, assess and track progress, using data to inform teaching and celebrate achievement. Develop pupils' literacy, communication and critical thinking skills across the Humanities curriculum. Prepare pupils for examinations and accredited qualifications at Key Stage 4. Work closely with Teaching Assistants, the SENCo, clinical colleagues and the wider Inclusion Team.
