Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Lead global direct and indirect tax compliance and reporting, including Corporate Tax (CT), Withholding Tax (WHT) and other relevant frameworks.
- Develop, standardise, and implement scalable tax processes across the organisation.
- Support operational transfer pricing matters and help ensure correct implementation across markets.
- Manage tax audits across multiple jurisdictions.
- Deliver accurate tax inputs for global tax provision and reporting cycles.
- Monitor international tax developments, assess impacts and contribute to strategic responses.
- Provide proactive tax advice and internal training to elevate tax awareness across the business.
- Collaborate with external tax advisers to submit tax returns across a broad range of countries.
- Build relationships with other departments to ensure tax is proactively considered on live projects.
Qualification requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in corporate tax
- Master's degree within Accounting, Finance or relevant
- Hands on experience with corporate income tax processes in an international environment. We welcome applicants whose experience aligns with either a Tax or Senior Tax Manager level.
- Understanding of international tax regulations, compliance, and reporting frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable steps.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in building trusted relationships with Finance and cross functional teams.
- In house tax function experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel in particular).
- Fluent in English, oral and written.
