The People Team here at East Coast College are looking for a confident and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join them.

Your success in this HR Advisor role will rely heavily on your ability to work closely with and guide all stakeholders within Team ECC. Your ability to build robust relationships with managers will help to maximise staff management, embed and nurture positive employee engagement, and ultimately help to ensure that our core values are upheld.

Key needs from you and the HR Advisor role;

• CIPD Level 5 - or working towards
• Aware of Employment Law and upcoming changes
• Proactive, Collaborative, and Inclusive approach to stakeholder and emmployee engagement
• Commitment to Safeguarding
