The Reward Partner plays a pivotal role in the design and delivery of the UK reward strategy that attracts, retain, and motivate high performing employees.
This role partners with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to maintain the integrity of the Reward Framework, job levelling, implement reward initiatives, and lead on compensation and benefits projects ensuring our approach remains fair and competitive and aligns with Admiral's business objectives, People strategic goals and regulatory standards.
As a Reward Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across a business division or large specialist function. You will use Reward data to shape decisions, drive performance, and deliver measurable impact. You will partner across the Reward agenda supporting business areas on all Reward aspects from annual cyclical events, workforce planning and organisational design working closely with the specialist people teams
