Production Operative to join their production team. You'll gain exposure to a wide variety of tasks, work with supportive colleagues and enjoy being part of a business with outstanding employee engagement and long-service awards across the team.
What you'll be doing: You ll play an important role in supporting production and business operations, including:
- Working across production areas machine minding, secondary operations, packing, assembling and more
- Using EFACS/ERP (or similar systems) to book labour and update records
- Carrying out stock taking and updating spreadsheets
- Inputting data with accuracy and attention to detail
- Reporting hazards or near-misses using iAuditor
- Suggesting improvements and supporting continuous improvement activities
- Following production processes, quality standards, GMP/GDP and good housekeeping
- Taking part in training to build your skills and knowledge
- Representing company values and contributing positively to the team
What We re Looking For Skills & Experience - Previous experience in production, manufacturing or precision engineering
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers or handheld devices
- Accurate written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work to processes
- Dexterity and confidence in hands-on work
- Basic mechanical skills (advantageous)
- Experience with EFACS or similar ERP systems (advantageous)

Working Hours Standard Hours: - Monday Thursday: 07 30
- Friday: 07 30
Shift Rotation (every 4 6 weeks, paid at a premium): Afternoons: - Mon Thu: 14 30
- Fri: 11 30
Nights: - Mon Wed: 20 00
- Thu: 20 00
