This role has a starting salary of £27,634 per annum, based on a 36 hour working week. For working 14.4 hours per week, the pro rata salary is £11,053.60 per annum.

MARAC is a Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference and is a meeting where information is shared on the highest risk domestic abuse cases between representatives of local police, health, child protection, housing practitioners, Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVAs), probation and other specialists from the statutory and voluntary sectors.
We are looking for individuals who have an awareness of domestic abuse and how it can impact on victims and their children, and who want to ensure that they receive timely support. Working as an integral part of the team you will protect and uphold the safety and security (including Health and Safety) of the service users, staff, volunteers and buildings, and the confidentiality of records and other information in line with data protection, as well as the rights of women and children experiencing domestic abuse. You will be proactive, solution-focused, and responsible for personal learning and development, including keeping up to date on relevant research and legislation, and participating in supervision, training and meetings as required. We're looking for people who can work across teams and undertake such other duties, appropriate to the grade and character of the work, as may reasonably be expected.
