Customer Service Role:
- Support passengers by assisting with journey planning, ticketing, and railcards, delivering updates on train times and service disruptions, and handling enquiries or complaints professionally.
- Manages ticket sales, refunds, and compensation claims, offers assistance to passengers requiring extra support, and ensures accessibility and excellent customer care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming station environment through routine cleaning, waste management, hazard reporting, and safety checks.
