Top Tier Recruitment are currently looking for a highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our client s team on a 3-month temporary contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and organising office files, records, and documents
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents
- Maintaining office supplies and placing orders when required
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining company databases
- Supporting staff and management with general administrative tasks
- Organising meetings, taking minutes, and distributing notes where required
- Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics for staff when needed
- Ensuring office procedures are followed and assisting with improving administrative systems
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
