Residential Conveyancer - HYBRID OR FULLY REMOTE WORKING MODEL

My client is a fast-paced firm committed to delivering exceptional legal services to their clients. Located in Liverpool, they pride themselves on their innovative approach and dedication to client satisfaction.
Role Overview:
To fulfil the Residential Conveyancer role successfully, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of approximately 80 residential matters. These cases will primarily involve sale, purchase, freehold, and leasehold files, with additional responsibilities including remortgage, new builds and transfer of equity cases.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, hybrid working arrangements after a 4-week settling-in period, and the option to work fully remote for the right candidate. There are excellent opportunities for progression, including the potential to step into a managerial role in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of residential matters efficiently and accurately.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of the conveyancing process.
- Ensure thoroughness and attention to detail in all aspects of casework.
- Adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships.
The Candidate:
- Ideally, you will hold at least 5 years' fee earning experience within residential property.
