Duties of an Facilities Maintenance Technician

• Maintain the site and its equipment through planned and reactive maintenance.

• Carry out authorised maintenance and support compliance activities.

• Coordinate contractors, keep accurate records and work safely to protect site standards.

Requirements of an Facilities Maintenance Technician

Must have:

• Facilities or maintenance experience in a similar role

Preferred:

• Relevant qualification/training (e.g., Level 2/3, or working towards).

• Working at height / scissor lift / IPAF

• Manual handling / COSHH / Food Safety awareness

Working with a family run company operating in the food services sector.
