Field Service Engineer

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 (OTE £50,000)

Shift: Mon-Fri Days

Candidates Location: Oxford, Reading, Swindon

I am currently working with a well-established and expanding industrial manufacturer, recognised as a leader within its sector, to recruit a Field Service Engineer (mechanical or electrical bias) to support their growing customer base.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for travelling to customer sites to install, service, maintain, and repair a wide range of industrial machinery. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably, helping customers minimise downtime and maintain production performance.

Essential Requirements - Field Service Engineer:

• Either Mechanically or Electrically Bias
• Have an engineering qualification (Minimum Level 3)
• Experience with Pneumatics and Hydraulics
• Have UK Driving License
• Experience with Install, Repair, Service
• Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations
