Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be an experienced Architectural Technologist with substantial private residential project experience and demonstrable expertise in Revit software. You should have a proven track record of working on high-end residential developments, including new builds, extensions, and period properties. Strong technical drawing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and design teams are essential. Previous experience in a design and build environment would be highly advantageous.

Daily Duties

  • Develop detailed architectural designs and technical drawings for luxury residential projects
    Create comprehensive Revit models
    Prepare planning applications, building control submissions, and construction packages
    Conduct site visits and surveys to ensure design integrity and construction quality
    Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
    Coordinate with in-house craftsmen and construction teams to ensure seamless delivery
    Manage project documentation and maintain accurate record-keeping
    Provide technical advice and solutions during the construction phase
    Assist with design development and feasibility studies for new projects
    Stay updated with current building regulations, planning policies, and industry best practices
