TRAINING COORDINATOR

Opportunity to join a successful food manufacture in the Leeds area, supporting all site based training from inductions, skills development, and compliance.

You will be part of a team driving training agenda, working with department managers, and senior leaders to deliver excellent training and update matrix.

• Being a food manufacture elements of training include food safety and technical compliance
• Keep accurate training records both paper and digital for audits
• Working with Engineering, Technical, HR, Operations teams

Experience

• Deliver engaging operational training
• Strong presentation and coaching skills
• Organised with excellent planning, and time management
• User of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Role

• Monday to Friday
• Flexibility to cover all shifts on occasions AM, PM, Nights
