Estate Agency Negotiator / Valuer

We are looking to recruit a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Kidderminster office. This is a flexible opportunity and would suit either a negotiator or a valuer, with varying levels of experience considered.

The successful candidate will be professional, organised and proactive, with a strong focus on customer service and achieving results.

• A minimum of two years' customer service experience
• Estate agency experience is highly desirable
• Target driven with a proactive mindset
• A clear understanding of the importance of delivering excellent customer service
• Excellent organisational skills, with punctuality of utmost importance
• A professional, confident and customer-focused approach

• Dealing with clients in person, by telephone and email
• Booking and conducting viewings and valuations
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales
• Generating and following up new business opportunities
• Supporting and/or carrying out valuations, depending on experience
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high standard of service throughout

Salary will be competitive and based on experience, with the opportunity to earn commission.
