Employer Accounts Manager - Medway and Gravesham

Location: Medway

Salary: From £32,500 per annum

Are you a business-to-business sales pro with a passion for making a real difference?

Join Forward Trust as an Employer Account Manager in Medway and Gravesham and help drive the success of our Connect to Work programme. This is a full-time (35 hours) role where you ll turn employer relationships into life-changing opportunities.

Due to the nature of the role, all applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

What You ll Do

  • Deliver strong performance against sales, service, and quality KPIs to exceed programme goals.
  • Promote and sell Forward Trust s work experience, work trials, vocational training, employability programmes, and apprenticeships to employers.
  • Identify, engage, and match employers with the right solutions based on local labour market needs.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with employers, commissioners, and partners like Jobcentre Plus.
  • Spot upskilling and workforce development opportunities to support employer growth and participant progression.
  • Represent Forward Trust at networking events, job fairs, and employer forums across Kent.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to turn participant potential into real job starts.
  • Ensure all placements comply with Health & Safety, safeguarding, and quality standards.
