Shift Team Leader
Eye, Suffolk

Contract Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Shift Team Leader to support production operations and ensure production lines run efficiently while achieving KPI targets.

Shift Pattern:
Full-Time 4 on / 4 off
06 00 & 18 00

Duties and Responsibilities as a Team Leader:

• Lead and supervise production line operations
• Ensure Health & Safety, Food Safety, GMP and BRC standards are followed
• Monitor line performance, labour usage and productivity
• Record production data using SAP and internal systems
• Train, motivate and support team members
• Address performance and welfare issues when required
• Work closely with supervisors and other departments to improve efficiency
• Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives

Requirements for the Team Leader role:

• Experience in manufacturing or food production
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
• Ability to monitor performance and improve efficiency
• Experience using SAP or similar systems is desirable
