Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader - Trades & Operatives

37 Hours per Week 1 day office based and 4 days onsite

Active Staff is seeking a Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader - Trades & Operatives on a 24 week contract based in Loughborough.
To carry out damp and mould surveys specifying all works required and managing works through to completion using in house resources and external contractors. Will be working within a newly developed specialist damp and mould team.

Must have relevant experience and knowledge of Awaabs Law and HHSRS. Will be required to take protimeter readings during visits and record humidity levels.

Must show clear knowledge of how to identify and diagnose damp and mould issues.

Must have access to own vehicle.
