The Ideal Candidate
- Experienced paralegal or law graduate with a strong interest in criminal law
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex matters clearly
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Personable, client-focused, and professional
- Comfortable working digitally and in-office
- Full clean driving licence and access to a car is preferable

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload from instruction to conclusion, covering criminal, regulatory, and POCA matters
- Work closely with senior solicitors on privately and publicly funded cases
- Handle cases ranging from Summary offences to serious Crown Court matters
- Maintain accurate, compliant file management, including monthly reviews
- Draft client letters, statements, and briefs for counsel
- Liaise with clients via in-person meetings, telephone, and video conferencing
- Instruct and liaise with experts as required
- Support the out-of-hours on-call rota, including evenings and weekends
- If not already accredited, receive support and training to become a qualified Police Station Representative
