The roleAs Head of Capability and Resilience Portfolio, you'll lead one of the most strategically significant portfolios within Babcock. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive the successful implementation and delivery of major programmes that strengthen the capability, capacity and resilience across Devonport, the largest naval support site in Western Europe.
Day-to-day, you'll play a vital role in safeguarding national defence by aligning strategic investments, accelerating improvements to operational infrastructure, embedding high-quality governance and ensuring the delivery of benefits that directly support the Royal Navy. This is a senior leadership position where your influence will shape the future of the site and contribute to meaningful, long term improvements for the organisation, our customers and wider UK defence.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.
Essential experience of the Head of Capability and Resilience PortfolioThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
