Production Machine Operative

Location: Levenshulme
Pay: £14.91 per hour
Shifts:
Monday Thursday: 06 00 / 14 00 (rotating)
Friday: 06 00 / 12 00

We re recruiting an experienced Production Operative with real machine background to join a high-performance industrial manufacturing site within the window blinds sector.

This is not food production or light assembly - this role suits operators who are confident working with large-scale coating, printing, and continuous production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

If you ve worked with textiles, coating lines, printing machines, stenters, laminators, or similar industrial equipment, this is the kind of place you ll thrive.

• Running and setting coating and printing machinery

• Monitoring production quality and machine performance

• Making adjustments to maintain speed, consistency and finish

• Completing basic production records and checks

• Working closely with engineers and supervisors to keep lines running efficiently

(Experience on Stenter Machines is a big advantage.)

• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing machine operation (industrial)

• Confidence working with continuous production machinery

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Basic computer skills for logging production data

• Reliable work history with good attendance

• Able to work independently and as part of a skilled team

• £14.91 per hour
