Location:Doncaster
Salary:Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract:Permanent Full Time
Hours:09 15, Monday to Friday (Hybrid working subject to approval)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experiencedCommercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executiveto join a highly regarded Commercial Property team in Lincoln.

This is an opportunity to build on your expertise within a dynamic, well-resourced department known for strong client relationships, technical strength and its contribution to regional development.

You will manage your own caseload, provide commercially pragmatic advice, and play an active role in the continued growth of a team respected for both its expertise and approachable style.

The Role

  • Managing a varied commercial property caseload
  • Advising developers, investors, lenders and business owners
  • Delivering clear, client-focused and solutions-driven advice
  • Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships
  • Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices
  • Supporting junior team members through mentoring where appropriate
  • Contributing to continuous improvement within the department

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Minimum 5 years PQE in Commercial Property (essential)
  • Strong technical capability and commercial awareness
  • Confident managing a busy caseload independently
  • Professional, approachable and client-focused
  • Able to work autonomously and within a collaborative team
