Projects vary significantly in scale and complexity, ranging from 20k office refurbishments through to major 20m commercial fit-outs . You will typically manage 4-5 live projects at any one time , each at different stages of delivery. This is a busy, varied position that supports the surveying team on a range of projects, mainly residential buildings across all forms of construction. Key Responsibilities: Inspect and advise on design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of buildings.
