What You ll Be Doing
In this 360 recruitment consultant role, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle with ownership over your desk and the support to scale it. You will:

Manage existing client relationships and develop new business

Source and qualify high-calibre candidates

Guide clients and candidates through the full hiring process

Build and maintain a profitable desk with autonomy

Collaborate with an experienced, ambitious team

Leverage our strong brand presence and tools to grow your market
What We re Looking For
We re after recruitment consultants with 1+ year of 360 experience (any sector) who are:

Driven by results and motivated by commission

Confident communicators with strong commercial awareness

Capable of managing both client and candidate relationships

Eager to step into a business with real growth opportunities

Looking for a company that rewards performance and supports progress
Construction recruitment consultant experience is a bonus, but not essential.
